I would say stop to the person take the person being made fun of away and then play with him or her.  Have you ever been made fun of?  Have you ever stood up to someone who was bullying someone else?  Its okay if you have not, but next time if it happens to you or you see someone being made fun of, stop what is going on.  Cause now you now you can.
